David Lynch
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Klir
David Lynch holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Dublin City University with a specialty in Computer Science. He graduated third in his class and received a special commendation from the university’s Uaneen Council. David has worked for 12 years in business architecture, software system design, and policy implementation. He has also worked internationally on water and represented Ireland in bilateral meetings at the European Commission.
David participated in Y Combinator 2020, an acceleration program that has helped launched AirBnB, Dropbox, Quora, Reddit and more and was named by Forbes as one of the most successful startup accelerators in Silicon Valley.

Elaine Kelly
Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Klir
Elaine Kelly holds a Bachelors in Economics and German. She has over 15 years of experience in technology implementation and was consecutively rated the number one consultant in Accenture in annual performance reviews. Elaine earned a reputation for saving spiralling software projects and bringing them to successful completion. She has extensive experience in all aspects of people management and remote software delivery.
Elaine participated in Y Combinator 2020, an acceleration program that has helped launched AirBnB, Dropbox, Quora, Reddit and more and was named by Forbes as one of the most successful startup accelerators in Silicon Valley.

Dr. Tom Stafford
Chief Product Officer at Klir
Tom has more than thirty years experience in water, sustainability and environmental management
He spent eight years as a senior manager in the Irish Public Utility responsible for all water services in Ireland. Prior to that he spent eighteen as a senior manager within the Environmental Protection Agency.
He has more than twenty years’ experience in International Development Projects in eastern Europe, Euro Asia and Africa.
He is an expert in the fields of Urban Waste Water (UWWD), Drinking Water, Water Framework Directive, Industrial Permitting (IED/IPPC)

Jessica Wood
Director of Sales at Klir
Jessica Wood joined as Klir’s first sales employee, and now leads the sales organization within the US. Since joining Klir, she has quickly expanded Klir’s presence by deeply understanding her customer’s needs, building trust-based relationships, and ensuring customers realize the value of Klir within their respective utility.
Prior to Klir, Jessica led teams across an array of growth functions including sales, strategy, operations, and M&A within the technology space. She received a BS in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Jessica currently lives in New York City.

Jennifer Chen
Director of Customer Success
Jennifer is responsible for the customer success team at Klir, which oversees onboarding, training, and ongoing support for customers. During her time at Klir, Jennifer has collaborated closely with utilities of all sizes and customized Klir’s approach to each individual utility. When a customer shares an objective for their relationship with Klir, Jennifer ensures that each objective is tracked, addressed, and supported accordingly.
Jennifer has a BS in Marketing and Global Business and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. She combines her experience in SaaS start-up success management with her passion for partnering with her customers to improve overall user experience.
